Kristi has been a nonprofit professional for most of her career. For more than 25 years she's been the nonprofit staffer who feels undervalued, the Executive Director struggling with board engagement, and the board member trying to sort out what that role actually entails. Kapricorn Consulting is her attempt to provide services to others in order save the time and anguish she suffered.
